The name "Ni-Cey" is a meaningful blend of "Ni" from Nippon (Japan) and "Cey" from Ceylon (Sri Lanka). Ni-Cey Group was founded by Mr. G. L. Tillakaratna, a distinguished entrepreneur from Sri Lanka who has been honored with a Presidential award for his outstanding contributions to the industry. With over 30 years of strong ties with Japan, he established a group that embodies the spirit of collaboration and mutual respect between our two nations. His vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the Ni-Cey Group into a trusted name in the industry.
